Kursk region may export lentils to India

The Kursk region may become the first region of Russia to export lentils to India. This is reported by IA "Abireg" with reference to the results of the meeting of the trade mission of Russia in India with Kursk enterprises.

Local farmers have declared their readiness for large deliveries.

Also, as noted in the material, India is interested in localizing production on its territory.

As discussed at the meeting, 2023 as a whole should allow a significant increase in the export of energy and agricultural products.

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Tunisia Alexander Zolotov said that the volume of trade between Russia and Tunisia in 2022, despite restrictions, grew by more than 60%, reaching $692 million.
